Dear Deputy Marshall Hunt:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act,  OCGA 50-18-70, I Seek access to inspect the following:

1.  Marshall Services pursued court action against 10 alleged violators of the Single-Family Definition in 1998.  I would like to inspect the files of those 10 alleged violators of the Single-Family Definition.    

According to Georgia law, public records prepared and maintained in a concluded investigation of alleged or actual criminal activity should be available for public inspection. Houston v. Rutledge, 237 Ga. 764, 229 S.E.2d 624 (1976).
